On February 4, 2020, Google will release Chrome 80. This latest version of their internet browser will include changes that could affect your use of Fisheries and Oceans Canada online systems.

On January 30, 2020, Fisheries and Oceans Canada will be implementing some changes to avoid problems for clients using Chrome 80. However, if you have an older version of another internet browser, this could affect you. If you encounter any difficulties logging into Fisheries and Oceans Canada systems, ensure that you have the latest version of your internet browser installed. If you continue to have issues, please contact the support team for the system you are currently attempting to access.

Versions of Safari and embedded browsers on MacOS 10.14 and all browsers on iOS 12 will not support the changes as of January 30, 2020.

Maintenance

Please note: Fisheries and Oceans Canada will be performing scheduled maintenance on the National Electronic Access Solution (eAccess) on February 22 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). During this time, users may experience interruptions in service.
